Halogen free flame retardant:The flame retardant project has been put into use in 6 specialized production workshops, equipped with automated production lines and DCS distributed control systems, achieving a stable production capacity of 20000 tons per year; After more than ten years of deep cultivation, a complete industrial chain integrating upstream and downstream has been established.
Daily chemical oils and fats:The synthesis company focuses on the R&D and production of high-performance synthetic oil ester products, covering multiple sub categories such as fatty acid esters, glycerol esters and synthetic waxes. It is the core raw material of cosmetic daily chemical products such as cream, lotion, lipstick, foundation make-up and sunscreen, which has key functions such as moisturizing, film forming protection and texture adjustment, and can meet the strict requirements of high-end daily chemical brands on the safety, stability and functionality of raw materials. The planned production capacity of this sector is 8000 tons per year.
Relying on high-end innovation platforms such as the parent company's National Postdoctoral Research Workstation and Guangdong Enterprise Technology Center, we have established a localized R&D team, focusing on product process optimization, new product development, and technology transformation.
